Loyd Artists – Moving Forward!
We are excited to announce that our long-time business manager Susan Lounsbury will be joining our agent team and taking over a leadership role with Loyd Artists. Many of you know Susan as the very efficient Loyd Artists Business Manager for over 13 years. With the retirement of both John Loyd and Bunny Halton-Subkis and Peggy Baldwin reducing her schedule to focus on her health, Susan has stepped into the agent role the past few months and will begin the management of the agency over the next year. Peggy will still remain on board as booking agent and consulting manager. We are looking forward to the new changes her at Loyd Artists! Many of you will have a chance to meet Susan at the NCPC meeting in November and IPAY in January.
Susan Lounsbury came to Loyd Artists with a background in education and land planning. She started as a teacher after receiving her BA and BS from the University of Connecticut and then went on to a career as a Land Planner after receiving her MLA from the University of Massachusetts. After spending 10 years in South Florida and travelling often to the Caribbean for business, Susan moved north to the mountains of Asheville where she joined Loyd Artists. And after 16 years in Asheville, Susan moved farther north to the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY.
